Would running continuously for 30 mins every morning increase my acceleration and sprint speed in soccer?
It will help, but if you want to increase your acceleration and sprint speed then you’ll need to work on strength running and not just going for a 30 minute jog. Add some interval training. You can do this by either timing it (30 second sprint, 30 second slow jog, repeat for 20-30 minutes) or by distance (200 sprint followed by 100 to 200 meter walk or slow jog). Also try adding some hill workouts (sprint up, walk/jog down, repeat).
