Yes, it’s better. If for no other reason, the tubes and papers used for injecting or rolling your own are not fire safe (FSC). The fire safe cigarettes that our state governments are requiring manufacturers to sell have 13.9% more Naphthalene and 11.4% more carbon monoxide than regular cigarettes without the FSC. http://www.examiner.com/examiner/x-11705… All states now have legislation to require the FSC. http://www.nfpa.org/gallery/FSC_2map2.ht… At the bottom of the article that I linked to (first link) you will see a very good link to a forum called RYO Revolution. Although the forum doesn’t seem to be taking new members, the information about rolling your own is excellent. Many of us use an injector machine to make our own cigarettes
