Would purchased items be applicable for customs charges if shipped to the US or countries outside of Canada?
US Custom officers issue custom charges and it is out of our power to determine how much they will charge. 80-87% of the time there is no custom charges apply to packages sent to the US. However, if the customs officer decided to inspect on any of your purchased item, they may apply a processing fee or communication fee, which will be billed to the recipient’s address. We would like our clients to be aware of it so they won’t be surprise if the US or any other countries’ custom bill them a certain amount subsequently.
