It might, depending on your settings. Many personal firewall (internet security) products provide the ability to grant access to specific applications on your computer. The RelationshipSecure module that accesses the Internet is called “rsbtns.dll”. You may need to list this file as having access to use the Internet for RelationshipSecure to work properly on your computer.
