well my windows getting cleaned is every two weeks in summer and once every month in winter price each time is £4 so say out the £40 -£8 = £36 but then whats the gardening you are doing as every house and garden is different i know for £5 i can get my front lawn done so its really what the prices around your area and what services will be done in the garden.
