If it’s a bog-standard system, then chances are you can’t access anything other than the RAM and HDD, (custom laptops generally have more access ports). You can get wristbands and “towels” that reduce static electricity, though the chances of damagng it with a small static charge are pretty small. PC World don’t offer any service at all, take it to someone who knows something about computers. They once accused me of virusing my own system, when I have AV’s nearly a year ahead of release. Oh, and they also insulted my blind Mother based on her disability. Think about it, they hire high-school leavers who can’t get a GCSE, let alone code HTML, they know didly squat. One of the people at my PC World did really get into computers at college though, well; I choke-slammed him through one….yet the loser still think’s he’s Chuck Norris, lol.
