Would paying women equally bankrupt the private sector?
of course bankrupt was due to mismanagement, if the post is the same & all tasks are the same then why should men be paid more than women if we put all other factors are equal such as experience & so, companies who did that must resolve this issue & must not be protected for previous mal practice, they should pay back what they deprived their women employees from their right
