I think my first concern would be if the city of Toledo would even allow you to use the mobile home as your place of business on your property. Towns often have restrictions on the placement of mobile homes. But quite frankly, if you are trying to go for the “diner car” thing, I personally don’t think it would work. I don’t think I’d pick up my lunch from a restaurant based in a trailer. However, I am not familiar with Toledo. If you think it fits in with the neighborhood, throw up some awnings or a canopy, stick a sign on top and maybe some picnic tables out front. And don’t forget to get your food permit. I suppose it could work. Good luck!
