Would my previous PlayOn activity get lost if I re-download a game?
No, re-downloading a game will not impact your previous activity log in any way. All your playing activity is recorded on our server and is used to bill you only for the actual time that you have played each game. In case that you changed computers or cannot access a specific game on a computer previously used to download and play the game, please contact our Customer Service Department directly through the attached Customer Support Form.
