I bet your Dell Mini 10 Netbook is running slow with windows 7 on it, Windows 7 was never developed for the netbook systems Now had you gone with the Dell Ubuntu Linux operating system then you would have a very fast netbook, from pressing the start button to boot up and getting on the Internet takes 30 seconds .
