Would like to know key factors affecting business climate and operations in Chile?
As you may know, Chile has negotiated a variety of free trade agreements with the majority of their trade partners (US, Canada, Korea, Japan, EU). Therefore trade barriers are not really an issue (anymore). Regarding ability to conduct operations and general government interactions, I believe that these are subjective criteria that depend on your previous experience and expectations. In my opinion, it is easier getting around in Chile (and from there in South America) than in most European countries.
