Yes they would im not Japanese myself but a few of my friends are and one of them goes out with a brown girl i see nothing wrong with this. To me the color of skin would not put me off anyone really does depend on feelings. If you are talking about yourself here you should go ask him you would be surprised you might have a lot in common and might hit it off but then again you might not but i really truly dont think it would be anything down to skin color.
