There is no direct benefit to either personally delivering or mailing your resume or CV and cover letter to UCAR Human Resources. The staff will simply forward them to be processed along with the materials of the other applicants who submit electronically. Next Steps What happens to my resume after it is submitted? A Human Resources staff member sorts incoming resumes daily and forwards them on to the appropriate hiring manager(s). In addition, your resume will remain in our searchable database for two months. During that time, you will be considered for all positions for which you appear qualified, as a result of key word searches by our Human Resources staff.
