Would it be wrong to lock these little gits up with violent paedophile rapist types?
Unfortunately cases like this are very common in the USA, and they can even involve boys as young as 12. This reinforces the data that rape is an act of violence and control, rather than sexual desire. I though their sentences were pretty lenient, but at least they did get sentenced. I think they should also be forced to pay for her counseling and medical expenses. If her first experience with “sex” was a violent crime, it may cause her to hate and fear men and sex for the rest of her life. What they took from her was far worse than just physical. I have been in the situation where I had to protect as 12 yr old girl who was alone and being assaulted. The guy decided he didn’t want to take on a very angry momma with a pipe wrench in her hand! I didn’t know the girl, but momma tigers can get protective with cubs not their own!
