Would it be harmful for pregnant women to drink mineral water?

No I don’t think so. It is important for pregnant women to drink enough water. Our bodies are 70% water and that reflects the importance of water. A lot of people drink not enough and are dehydrated without knowing. I have a friend and she started to drink a very good water in her second pregnancy. She realised such a difference in the whole pregnancy. However from what I know and I looked into this area intensively Mineral water is not the best. Water should be unsaturated to take the toxins out of the body, daily. The minerals we should get from vegetables because these minerals are available for the body. The minerals in Mineral water are mostly not available for the body. This fact is nicely overlooked from the mineral water industry. Obviously they want to sell their water, expensively.
