depends on the setting eg a private home not yet. a public place needs to have safety equipment in place and staff fully trained and insurance etc. public not allowed to be put at risk ( use full fire suit,mask,breathing apparatus and stand by fire engine and ambulance , do not forget to use EU approved and kite marked equipment and fire proof fittings etc) in short it is still OK at your own home to do so at moment but if you have guests you should ask their permission in case something untowards happens ( anybody getting burnt etc) then they can not sue you for injury and negligence providing also you can show you took reasonable care etc.
