Would inhaling dust cause my lymph nodes to swell?
Inhaling dust may cause the lymph nodes in the head and neck to swell but not those above the clavicle (rib cage). There may be no way to tell if this is a lymph node without examination by a physician and if this is a lymph node it is an unusual location and if it does not promptly resolve it requires examination by a physician.
