Would I want to trade Kenji Johjimafor my Matt Capps in Yahoo Fantasy Baseball?
I’m not really sure who is on whose team from the question, but you want to have Johjima on your team after this transaction. Johjima is a number one fantasy catcher, he’s on my team and he was slumping but is starting to come around and will produce good numbers. Capps is an okay closer, but he’s more of a number two closer, since he hasn’t proven to be 100% reliable yet. Johjima is the better player of the two, but of course this all depends on your teams’ needs. If you have no closers or one bad one, and if you have a solid catcher that you can replace Johjima with, then yea I would trade Johjima for Capps, but your backup better be solid and you better really need the saves. If you are lacking production at Catcher and have an extra closer, or can afford to trade saves for offense at a thin position (catcher), then trade Capps for Johjima.
