Would I be able to special summon a Ritual Spellcaster monster like Relinquished?
Answer You would not be able to Special Summon Relinquished with a card like Magician’s Circle or Magical Dimension. The reason is because Relinquished is a Ritual Monster. The proper way to Special Summon it is with the Ritual Spell Card (Black Illusion Ritual) or with a Ritual Subsitution Card (like Contract with the Abyss). Once you’ve successfully Ritual Summoned it, you can use cards like Call of the Haunted or Monster Reborn on him to return it to play from the graveyard.
