Would i be able to get into imperial college London if..?
Of course you don’t need all A’s, but you need to have a fair amount (A/A*), especially if you want to study medicine. Although it doesn’t specifically say any requirement for GCSE (according to UCAS), I’d imagine anything above 6/7 A* is good, with no less than a A in the sciences/maths and B in English is probably best. However if you do not have this, don’t despair. Do well in your A levels (aim for straight A’s) and also your BMAT test (don’t neglect it). Submit a good UCAS form, full of extracurricular activity and you might just get an interview If in doubt, just email the med school and ask if you are on track. Tough, I know, but then again so is medicine. You must remember you are competing with 1000s of other students at the same or even higher level than you. My sister is currently studying medicine at imperial and has just started her 4th year. Her GSCE was 8A*, 3A’s, straight A’s at A level (maths, chemistery, biology) and A in AS physics, and 21 in BMAT Yes, everyone does
