Would Hong Kong be considered a City?

0

Hong Kong is often called a city, but it isn’t that simple. Hong Kong is pockets of some of the most densely populated city sprinkled across vast uninhabited areas of mountain and jungle. Something like 95% of Hong Kong is uninhabited. The inhabited areas are clustered along the coasts of the islands and peninsulas that make up Hong Kong. Much of Hong Kong is congested city area, but from most of those areas you can be in a small village or in the jungle in twenty minutes.
