I don’t know exactly what would happen, but I can’t imagine it would be good. They would probably have some sort of poisoning. They might have liver or kidney failure, but I’m not sure. I would say they should call poison control, or 911.

nail polish remover is a powerful chemical that can kill you just if you inhale it to long. If you drank nail polish, there is a 100% Chance that you would die. once, that deadly stuff gets into your lungs, they couldn’t stand it anymore. Your heart would stop and you would no longer be alive. DON’T DO IT!
