Would god really stop any catholic from getting salvation ,just because they use contraception?
IF, as Roman Catholics teach, condom use is a sin, and IF the people in question use condoms without repenting of that sin, then God very well might do so. Remember: what God wants most from us is *submission to his will*. When we are so proud and arrogant that we choose what we want *ahead* of what God wants, that is when we sin. If we do not repent of sin, we are in a very precarious position in comparison to those who *do* repent of sin. Note that I do *not* believe that condom use within marriage is a sin; however, I am not Roman Catholic and do not consider the Roman Catholic Church to be correct regarding all of its moral and doctrinal teachings. If you *are* such a person, then repeatedly committing something that you believe is a sin without repenting of it puts you at much greater risk of eternal punishment.
