No it would just make the problem worse by heating up everything faster. You need to install a new fan to the laptop. The larger fans cool down your PC faster and the RPM is the speed, fans that work at faster speeds are better. To find out how well the fan works look at the Air Volume, the higher the number the better, you want a quiet fan as well so a lower Noise is better. Also consider getting more than one fan in your laptop. Get a computer company to install the fan, they will also give you advice on fans to fit and may sell them to you.
