Would ECU swap from 205HP SE to 185HP motor give 20 HP gain?

According to some articles I read the only dif. between a 185 HP and 205 Hp 2 l engine is the computer map — there are instructions on the web on how to re program the ECU but it seems complicated to me. I wonder if just swapping the ECU with one from an SE would give the extra 20 HP.
