Would duck egg blue curtains go with barley wine coloured walls?
No. The blue is too striking! If you were to tone down your blue to a lighter shade then it might work. Super light blues are considered Neutral colors so it could go with anything. Either way the contrasts will be great causing a lot of aesthetic drama in the room. You may want to paint all your walls the Barely Wine color and put a light blue stripe around the room about 2/3 the way up the wall. It gives a nice modern look and wont clash as much because the blue will be there to accent and not combat with the red. Have fun!
