Use whole milk or chocolate milk. It will help. I don’t believe dairy causes acne. Acne is due to oils in your skin, stress, and certain hormones. In your milk, you can mix in protein powder from GNC, or carnation instant breakfast or ovaltine. Load up on mixed meals that combine carbs, protein and fats – like pizza and burgers. Working out will build muscle and burn calories but you really have to make sure you make up for what you burn off. A lot of exercise physiologists say you should have chocolate milk after a workout. Good problem to have.
