Would dark blonde highlights cover ginger tints in hair?
The lighter color will not sufficiently cover up the reddish color. Light hair color will not cover over darker colors. You will need to use a toner in your hair if you want to make the hair color the same all over. If you want to make it lighter, you will need to continue to lighten the hair more and then add the blonde color you want.
