10. A No. The physical gold will be available for collection within 1 week from the day the customer request for withdrawal from branch. Once the gold has been delivered to MBC branch, system will auto-generate a notification letter to the customer to inform him/her that the physical gold is ready for collection at MBC Branch, Kuala Lumpur, and that the physical gold must be collected within 30 working days from the notification letter date.
