Would consumption of 1kg bar of milk choc add to my weight?

I’m assuming that is the weight of those large bars you can get? Nah not really, unless you did it every single night, didn’t eat any other healthy meals and never excercised. Then you’ll get fat. As long as it’s just a treat, get out for a run and you’ll burn it off in no time. Just for the record I eat one of those huge bars of chocolate all to myself a few times a week, along with other treats too. Usually when I’m sat watching a film or something; and guess what, my body fat is 16% (thats about middle of the healthy range!!) and I am toned and muscular. So I am speaking from experience. How do I do this? I eat healthy meals with lots of protien, vitamins and minerals and carbs, and I GET MY A*SE DOWN TO THE BL**DY GYM!!!!!!!!
