Capitalism is thriving…it can thrive anywhere. China is a one party dictatorship and capitalism thrives there. Capitalism thrives in Europe, where “socialist democracies” are the norm. Capitalism thrives in Africa, where poverty and political instability is the norm. Capitalism thrives where there are Kings, Presidents, dictators, and total anarchy…. Socialism – which is nothing more than a political ideology has had no affect on capitalism, which is a market ideology…the two systems have no relationship to each other.
