You do not need an expert to do that…. Any good Firewall program will give you that information. A Firewall is a program that tracks information on everything that attempts to connect to your computer and everywhere that you connect to from your computer. So it would record information about anyone remotely accessing your computer. You can get a free Firewall like ZoneAlarm and install it yourself. Set it to record all activity. It will give you list of the names and IP addresses of anyone trying to access your computer. That information can be used to identify anyone who is attempting to take remote control of it.
