Would a nuclear warhead exploding in Antarctica flood the whole planet?

Firstly there is not enough water in the ice caps -let alone the entire surface of the Earth to ‘flood the entire world’ (like that water world movie). It would take a super massive device -far larger than anything ever detonated or in existence (publicly at least) to melt the ice on Antarctica, not to mention that the massive energy release from such a device will surly vaporize a large proportion of the water/ice. So since all the land will not be ‘flooded’, humans should survive -although there would be significant loss of life (disease/starvation/etc) and infrastructure, also wars may be fought over land and other resources like fresh water and existing infrastructure (power stations/mines/roads/houses/farms/etc). It would also be probable that many if not all governments will collapse or come really close to it and those that survive or emerge will be of a ‘more’ brutal and totalitarian kind as some of the current ‘morals and ethics’ will be highly disadvantageous.
