Fit yes. Be worth it NO. You could take your 3SFE engine and really bring some serious power out of it. If you are serious you can get a Cylinder head from a 3SGTE MR2 or Celica All-trac Turbo and turbocharge your engine(just dont run too high boost as your internals unlike the GTE version are not forged). Or even get a good used JDM 3SGE from an MR2 that 177HP and it bolts directly in. Just some wiring to do and plug in the ECU and you are good to go for 1/4 of the price of anywhere else. There are some good used engine sites around. All in all the S engines are very good engines to build and Toyota has done the work already of building them for other cars now you can just get it swapped in. Ive bought an engine from this one in particular www.naganojapanese.com you can also try osakajdmmotors.com japanesestarmotor.com and even do a search online.
