The Swiss, being neutral, have been a haven for people wanting to avoid taxes for years. They have also been a haven for those wanting to hide stuff they ought not have eg treasures looted from Jews in WW2, billions looted from the Philippines by Marcos etc The Swiss have tightened up on this, but there are still too many loopholes.
