SK could not be more wrong. Libra and Sagittarius have an aspect called a sextile between them. This is a sign of positive communication between them. Both are active signs, Libra is Air and Sagg is Fire. These two like to be out in the public, or socializing with others. Both are outgoing signs. Libra and Scorpio do not relate through the Sun signs, one is active and one is receptive, meaning one talks and one listens. But because they are side by side, they may have other planets in their charts in common. They may have their minds in the same sign where their thinking would be in the same place.
