They are a lot more likely to be concerned about whether you are Jewish than what color you are. If you are really serious about this, I highly recommend learning about the Jewish religion. Judasim as a religion, which I’m delighted to see you know it’s not an “ethnicity” by itself, is a community & family religion not just personal. So, if one is to be Jewish, one needs one’s family & spouse to be Jewish or at the least fully participating at a soul level. I have no idea how much the folks you listed value their religious connection. But you get the idea. Jewish guys aren’t all doctors & lawyers & scientists (& I’m met some dumb Jews), but even back in Temple days there are indications that they were considered desirableable as husbands by women of neighboring cultures because they were good to their wives & responsible husbands :).
