Would a guest worker program really end illegal immigration to the U.S.?
We have a guest worker program. I suspect that’s one reason there are so many illegals. Workers going back and bragging about all the money they made, or how so and so had a baby and it’s a citizen so the family gets to stay and receives all kinds of gov. benefits. People in mex are not starving to death, they just want a more materialistic life.
a guest worker program would be designed to allow workers in some fields to come here and work. This country does not need such a thing. Pelosi suggests the illegal aliens are intertwined in our economy so seriously that we have to accommodate them, and that is simply not so. When this country cannot fire someone, then she is correct. But it is a crashing roaring Rino in the front room that the only jobs some of this country will get are those jobs Pelosi is trying to save for the illegal aliens. Illegal aliens.. and guest workers.. are mobile. That will be key to supplying American Workers. If the Dems plan to let them live in shacks, and that is something this effort is trying to stop, then it is correct… we do need guest workers.
