Would a donee be allowed to sell lands received through the disposition process?
The Settlement Agreement and Stipulation do allow for the transfer of parcel(s) to a private entity; however the parcel(s) would be subject to a conservation easement. If a parcel(s) is found to have no significant public interest value (as determined by the Stewardship Council) it could be transferred to a private entity with few or no restrictions.
