NO! 1) Grapes are mostly water, so essentially you would be getting very few nutrients. One week of practically no nutrients will leave your body ill-nourished. If you do this at all, I wouldn’t advise more than two days. And be sure to take a multivitamin. If you’re doing it for weight loss, I guarantee you will very quickly gain back anything you lose, and maybe even more once you start eating again. 2) The best way to detox is to perhaps “fast” (by this I mean the water and grapes thing) for two days, then gradually add items to your diet that are not heavily processed, are low in fat and do not have added sugar, salt, or preservatives: dark green leaves (spinach for iron, kale for iron and calcium), whole grains, lots of fresh vegetables (preferably raw or steamed), lean white meats (cook it yourself – it’s the only way to get it right), beans and grains. By “gradually”, I mean that you don’t add all of this stuff into your diet at once – spend a few days on vegetables and fruit wi
