Would a cover letter, surety letter and general contractors license count toward the 10 page limit?
Answer 1: Contractors are required to submit the requested information found in the Stage I factors for viability and the corporate surety letter. If additional information is submitted in Stage I, i.e. General Contractor license, it will be counted towards the 10 one-sided 8-1/2″x 11″ pages or 5 double-sided 8-1/2″x 11″ pages limit for the Stage I submission. A cover page, table of contents page and section separators will not count towards the page limit. Question 2:Where can I get the Request for Proposal for this project?
