Would a beer/wine/liquor delivery business be profitable?

It probably would be…but as far as I know most cities have liquor stores than deliver. The problem is liability…many of these services are plagued with minors trying to get their hands on liquor via home delivery and one accidental delivery to a minor could result in a lawsuit.
