Would 1080i dvd play properly on a 1080p hd tv?
Well I think you can still use your dvd with your tv, you shouldn’t have any problems with that BUT the quality of the dvd won’t be 1080p it will stay at 1080i or it might even downscale I’m not sure. So if you want a good dvd to go with your tv I recommend getting a 1080p dvd. Also before you buy you should ask around the store from which you’re buying from. I’m positive that they can help you.
