I don’t believe they do. I think it makes good sense for a company to build their plans around a spectacular show. However, in a company like WCW, which at the moment has little interest in the value of the title belts or building in depth characters, I think they will try to get what they can out of every PPV with so-called “shocks”. I think they are treating every PPV equally, and not very well.
