It sure does. The only differences are that the iPod Touch doesn’t have a camera or a microphone. You can still add images to flashcards with the iPod Touch, but only from photos synced to the device. Otherwise they’re identical. Do I need a constant Internet connection to use Flash My Brain? No. You only need the Internet if you want to connect to the online library to upload and download flashcards. So you can download all the cards you’ll need for your African safari and happily study (and make more cards) during the drive to see the giraffes.
