WORK AT HOME MOM?
I have three wonderful children, and have had the opportunity to do both, stay at home full-time with them, as well as work outside the home. However, I am also a single mother, so, if I don’t work, there has to be an income of some kind coming in. There is no one else to provide the necessities of life. When my oldest son was born, I was 18 years old. I missed a lot of his firsts because I was going to college, as well as working. He called my mother mom, and me Tracy. But, this did not bother me, because I knew that he was a well adjusted little boy. By the time he was 2 or so, he was calling me Mom again. But, in all reality, my mother was his mother from the time he was born until he was 2 or so. When my first daughter was born, I stayed at home with her until she was about six months old.
