Wood floors seem more expensive than, say, laminate or carpet. Are they worth it?
Well, you would expect us to say yes to that one! But don’t just take our word for it. According to a survey conducted by the National Wood Flooring Association, estate agents claim that wood flooring holds its value better than any alternative and that houses with wood floors sell faster. The same survey showed that 58% of estate agents believed that houses with wood floors fetch higher prices than carpeted homes.
