Yes and No. The quay will be just above the mean high high tide level, but always below the elevation of the Park. The quay and harbor (especially when occupied) will partially interfere with Gabrielson Park’s mostly unobstructed view of Angel Island and San Francisco. For a completely unobstructed view, one will need only to walk out on the quay, where you’ll get the added view of the guest harbor and Sausalito from out on the water.
