It’s always a possibility, but very unlikely. Usually bed bugs will bite and then retreat back to their hiding places in the box springs, furniture or wall boards. It’s still better to zip up pajamas and toys in BugZip™ during the day. This greatly reduces their exposure to wayward bugs.
