Won’t it take more than writing enhancement to improve students’ writing skills?
Yes. That is why the College also requires students to complete three courses with a Writing Intensive (WI) designation. While two of these WI courses can be taken in the lower-division and in any field, at least one WI course must be in the upper division and in the student’s major. Students also must complete English 125 and Writing 301, 302, or 303.
